(MUSIC, LYRICS, & STAGING)


In A/I S/I they meet over the computer. While on the computer Sara is singing about her room mate. "I live in a dorm with a dork, she picks her nose with a fork, her brain is smoking, her eyes are dull, she looks like a skull from the morgue". Sara, an oriental college student, Otto a professor. They decide to meet at a coffee shop.

S/II When they meet at the coffee shop Sara introduces herself as she sings. "I'm the flower of the east, look upon my assets and give your eyes a feast". This is the first time they realize that both have the three major differences. While there, a sudden earthquake is felt. Every one is running of the stage. But Otto and Sara run into each arms. Thus experiencing the first sign of love as the both sing. "Dare to love, so your heart can live, for without love, what can you give.

S/III At the beach under the stars. Where Sara sings to Otto. "How my moist central ecstasy, yearns for your bridge of hardness." And later together they pray "May our love forbid this night from ending, until the stars from heaven start descending".

In A/II S/I The next day Otto sings in a bar to his friends "A day to remember in the month of November, I have found and Angel with out disguise, I found love that has no prize." Then suddenly as Sara shows up he finds out the shocking truth about her and sings "This tear on my cheek is for you". He promises himself never to fall in love again.

S/II Leaving the bar he goes roaming among the homeless where he hears singing. "God of love and God of plenty, why are we with out a penny?"

S/III Eventually losing his mind and ending up in an insane institution. As Sara comes to visit him, She prays that only for one minute he might recognize her. He sees her as they first met, taking her in her arms and sings "Was this what heaven has promised? Or was it passionate lust??? Are you my Angel from heaven?? Or beautiful flesh made out of dust??" As he hesitantingly points the gun Sara, helping to decide their destiny, she slides her finger over his finger on the trigger helping him pull the trigger. A shot is heard and Sara falls to the floor. The sound of the gun turns him back to insanity. As he looks up to the heavens he sees the stars slowly descending and thus he sings "Sara my Angel, the stars from heaven are descending, a sign from God that our love is ending".
